[TenTec] How to Choose an SDR RX for the Pan-Adapter?

I think it's a legitimate concern but I can't give specific
recommendations.  I'm using a robust PC with i7 cpu, 8GB RAM, SSD, and dual
monitors running Win7 Pro/64-bit.  Running a 10-year old PC might not work
so well.
