[TenTec] How to Choose an SDR RX for the Pan-Adapter?

I use RedHat 64 bit and Win7 64 at work. I use application that run only
under Win 7 and run/write programs under linux. I've found that Windows
does its best to be user friendly, at the expense of various hidden
"features," while linux is, at best, expert tolerant.
