Nope.

I just rescued the radio from a friend who went out and bought a TS-990.
(You wouldn't BELIEVE how many people told me to snap it up before he
changed his mind! )  So as far as I know, it came with the "stock" filters.

Did you order the optional filters with the Omni VII?   They do make a 
noticeable difference, specially with CW and narrow modes.
