[TenTec] Orion tuning rate

This may sound like a dumb question but here goes.
I have my Orion set at 10hz for tuning rate. If I use a 302 pod (or what 
ever the number is) can I set that at a different rate than the main tuning 
knob on the radio?

It would be nice to be able togo up or down the band at a faster speed 
without either direct entry or pushing buttons and changing the tuning 
speed.
