[TenTec] Orion 565 tuning encoder

Barry, I do not recall the brand.  The one I opened and repaired is in a bag 
at the shop.  As I think about it, most probably not the type and style used 
for the VFO encoders.  They are likely a bit more rugged than the one used 
for the MULTI function in the Eagle.  Anyway, I figure I might need a spare 
one of these days.

It was a good learning experience.
