[TenTec] OT: CQ Friedrichshafen Hamfest

Jim, plus everyone else who did write directly to me,

First, anyone wishing information should write me directly, not here on the
list please.
This is not a topic for the ten-tec group - at least I don't feel it is
appropriate for me to discuss it here.

I will say, if there is a holy grail in antennas, I still have not found it.
There is always a compromise somewhere.

I will put together an info sheet and write to everyone who has written to
me - AFTER the hamfest.
I'm up to my antlers in preparation and have only two days until we depart.

What is the special quality of this antenna over, say an ordinary wire
dipole with a matching device?

Some of us who will not have towers and directional antenna, or cannot, are
always looking for the "holy grail" of wire antennas.
