Get it repaired and working correctly before selling it.  It will be worth 
twice as much.

My take for purchase,  non working or non working correctly radios are 1/2 
price.  It could be a PA issue or some or all of the BandPass filter relays 
as well.

Sell each item individually to maximize your $$.  A package price always 
brings less.
