Google Cumbria Designs (an English company). They sell a huff and puff
controller for a reasonable amount (~$46 plus shipping).

Hi,
There are several versions of the huff-puff controller floating around with
minor improvements as they evolved. I built one up for my Swan 100MXA,
which I regularly use to check into the Ten Tec nets. The only issue with
them are that you give up the use of your RIT function since that is normlly
controlled by a varicap diode and the huff-puff compensates for the drift by
adding or subtracting an offset voltage to that.
Someone sells them for around $70 or $80 but there really is only about
$5.00 worth of parts. I wound up using a TCXO oscillator module that I had
instead of build the oscillator out of discretes. I found that this circuit
makes a very nice addition to my radio.
