[TenTec] noise blankers

Well I do have a neighbor that uses electric fence's to section off his 
pasture.  The Omni VII does take out most of the noise pulses most of the 
time.  Of course 160M is worst case and when he has the grazing part near my 
QTH.  The cows mooing after the new calves is also quite bothersome.  I've 
not found any NR system that takes that out.
