[TenTec] RF Out problem on Orion 565

Barry,
Have changed those caps twice if not three times.  Everytime I put a set 
in, someone would say that they must conform to a spec that those I just 
put in did not meet.  If necessary,k I can buy a new board from TT as 
the current board traces won't ake another swap. I'll keep it in mind.
