[TenTec] Zeus ZS-1 SDR Transceiver

Was reading with interest in the June 2014 QST about the Zeus ZS-1 MF/HF SDR Transceiver.  It looks very small with respectable performance, and made in Germany no less.  Could this be a metric for a future TenTec product?  Up to 15 watts output seems to make it a nice fit with the TenTec 418 amplifier.

Also noted in the QST review, considerable time was spent testing the transmitter’s spectral purity stating: “The ZS-1’s transmitter stands out for the cleanliness of its transmitter signal."

Speaking of a tangential TenTec connection; the review also states: “Sold in the US and Canada by Vibroplex, 2906 Tazewell Pike #A2B, Knoxville, TN…”
