[TenTec] AA0CR…Richard Garrett??

He got the cash….I actually called his bank to confirm…he will not get the Eagle until/if I get the Orion. His credentials are all listed on qrz.com and match what I have.
I did not get a phone call from him…am very hearing impaired…
Also cross match his name, call and address via the ARRL database….he is active on a few of the East Coast ARRL boards so concluded he is bonafied. 
I have emailed him several times in regards to this matter…will contact TT to see if he purchased the Orion from them or if they have any information.
