[TenTec] Centurion issue - capacitor arc over repair technique

I don't like to "file" cap plates. Nor do I like adding any material. Air is best. Aluminum can easily be reformed using a smooth round bar to move the rough edges. There is a name for this method but it slips my mind at present.
