[TenTec] Modern version of the Tec Tec Corsair - please Ten Tec!

The upconverting 1st i.f. stage of the Paragon necessitates the use of a
broad roofing filter.  If you're in an environment of very strong s9+
nearby signals (Europe on 40M or in EU/USA during contests), the Paragon
receiver is going to fold.
