[TenTec] OMNI VI illness

Most likely a relay coil open being either K4 and/or K5 on the Low Pass 
Filter board.  Both bands, 17M & 15M,  use the same filter section which is 
switched by those two relays.  This is the vertical board at the back of the 
radio.

If you pull them to check them, replace them.  Since the coils are wired 
parallel, it is a bit of a challenge to figure just which one is bad with in 
circuit measurements.  My luck,  I usually remove the good one first.  Go 
figure!    Tentec Service has replacements.  There's 12 of them on the 
board.  Unless you have time and money to replace all 12, I'd order 4 pcs 
and replace 2 keeping 2 as spare.
