Personally, I’d go with  $250-$300 for the rig

$100-$125 for the power supply

$125-$175 for the vfo. 

Again, value, like beauty, is in the eye of the beholder.

If there are holes, non-factory knobs, strange mods added, or other cosmetic issues, then the value is lower.

if there are extra filters, Inrad filters, noise blanker and or audio filter, then it’s worth more.

Has the PTO been rebuilt? Those are about $40 now and it takes a good hour or so to install one.
