One change since the "merger" is in sending stuff in for repair.

When I sent my VI in the last two times, I called, they said send it in,
etc.  Now, I see the website has the requirement to call or e-mail with
specific information to obtain an RMA which must be on the outside of the
packing box.

I submitted the requested e-mail to get one this morning for the VI+ to go
in.  Anyone know how long it takes before one can be received?
