The Eagle has a 17 mS delay after key down, before it initiates the RF, so
this automatically means that after key up, the RF also continues
transmitting for 17mS - so the AMP KEY signal stays keyed for 17mS too. 

But there is no "hang" delay initiated by the Eagle for the amp's relay,
like there is from the Orion and Omni VII, and THAT causes problems with ALL
open-frame relays in amps that use them.  

In that case you need the Ten-Tec Model 318 Amp Keyer.  
The Ameritron amp keyer (which is a good amp keyer for amps with fast
relays) won't help, and as far as I can tell, Mike's keyer doesn't address
this hang delay issue either.

The Eagle has a fixed delay of ~17 ms after key up before RF is generated.
There is no post delay that I am aware.  If you are referring to QSK delay,
this is only receive recovery delay.
