THIS IS THE KIND OF SERVICE WHICH HAS KEPT TEN-TEC CUSTOMERS HAPPY FOR
NEARLY 45 YEARS.

I was a late comer.  Didn't get my first Ten-Tec until 45 years ago.  Had at
least 10 or more since then and am still a happy camper!

To the Group,

I thought I would my pass my kudos to the company.  I received my Eagle On
the 24th and like others opened it up to check the filters.  Only seeing the
2.4 I called and after hearing the explanation on the mix up and the ad, I
ordered the 600HZ.  After hearing of the companies policy on providing the
filter I again called the company this morning and they had already credited
my account.

That's great service.
