I found it on the TenTec Wiki at  565pwrdistfail - TenTecWiki. There are variants, but Barry's was the the most recent.

I just replaced all the electrolytics on my O II A9 board with the recommended capacitors researched by Barry, N1 EU. As I looked in the Mouser catalog, I began to wonder: how can I determine which capacitors are the "low ESR" type? It doesn't always seem obvious to me. Is there something I'm missing? Do I simply use the ESR filter and select the lowest available ESR for the value I want?
