[TenTec] Ten-Tec service

I've had a couple of issues with my new Eagle and it has gone back to
TT twice. I have no idea what it was like under the 'old' system, but
the 'new' one has worked fine for me. I get an RMA number, write it on
the box and because the radio is still under warranty, TT has picked
up the UPS tab both ways. UPS will pick it up at my house.
