[TenTec] TT 963 Power Supply problems

The only thing I remember about my 963 power supply was putting a large
resister (maybe a 10 watt 80 ohms ) across one of the sensors to keep
the fan from being so loud. It worked very well and the fan ran all the
time after that but not so loudly.
