I know this has nothing directly to do with TEN-TEC but everything to do with CW and most of us are still CW operators.
This is a true story of how the Columbian army hid a CW message within a song targeting hostages being held by the FARC terrorist group. The message informed the hostages that they were about to be rescued.
They had the song played on all the local radio stations.
Radio operators held captive amongst the hostages copied the text and passed it on by word of mouth to other captives.
Further down the page you’ll find the actual audio file of the song.
See if you can copy the message.
To be honest, I have not yet managed to copy it 100%, partly because it is in Spanish and also because it is well hidden within the music. See if you can copy it!
BTW: You can’t do this with PSK31!
