[TenTec] Remote tuning knob/encoder for Omni 6

I'm guessing the raw 302R encoder outputs are present on those DIN pins
alongside any control/pushbutton data on parallel pins and that's why Gert
was able to use it.  But I could be wrong  ;-)

Anybody have a 302R schematic?
