[TenTec] diversity receive with a pair of OmniVIs???

I've dreamed of this for years, but not very seriously.  There are too many
analog oscillators (including VCXO, xtal LO, BFO, etc) that will be too
hard to precisely control to keep the two radios on exactly the same
frequency.
