[TenTec] Tentec omni V tweak frequency

*Is the Rig off frequency in all modes? USB,LSB CW and RTTY? Is the problem
on Receive and Transmit or just Transmit? I have cured some problems
related to the CW-T and other PIN Diode issues in the past. After we know
the Paul Harvey ( rest of the story ) I may have some advise.*
