[TenTec] Speaking of the Ten Tec 302 Remote Tuning Knob!

I have a heavy, chrome, USB connect knob that was all the rage about 7 
years ago.
Not even sure where I put it.
Does anyone remember it....or if any software packages can make use of it?
If nobody has a clue, I may have to search for it.
