[TenTec] Ten_Tec Paragon Service manual.

As you may already know, the full owner's manual pretty much was the service
manual for the Paragon. The first half was an operating guide, but the
second half (which is often missing on the online posts) had detailed
descriptions of each board with circuit diagrams, parts layouts, and
adjustment parameters. I wish they still did that, but in the age of surface
mount components I sort of feel these are not user-serviceable, anyway (at
least for my big clumsy hands and failing eyesight)

If I understand previous comments regarding TenTec Service Manuals, there
aren't any.... no such animal, only shop notes used by the techs at TenTec.
The downloads for TenTec transceivers are just owner's manuals and
advertising.
The sources to try are; http://tentecwiki.org/doku.php,
tentec at contesting.com, K4TAX and others who have worked on TenTec radios.

Gary,
I had an old man moment this morning at coffee and even when Jim Isom WB9QLX
showed up my brain still failed to function correctly. We need a Ten-Tec
Paragon Service Manual to complete the repairs on Jim's Paragon. Searching
the internet seems to really bring up nothing but sites I do not trust that
claim to have this for a download.
Would you happen to know if this could still be purchased though Ten-Tec?
Or, do you have a source for service manuals? His owners manual is very good
with nice sized schematics, but the problems is there are no voltage values
of any kind on any of the circuits or even a good step by step
troubleshooting or alignment procedure in the Owners Manual. Nicely written,
but lacking key details such as voltage measurements on the different boards
and circuits as a service manual has.
Any ideas Gary?
Thanks and 73,
