[TenTec] Frequency Problem

*Hello Jim,*
* Could I also get a copy of that conversion chart? My HP
frequency counter tells me that my rig is running at {3.980.000.181} ...
But, my radio display reads {3980.0}. I have been pulling what is left of
my hair out, trying to get the rig on the correct frequency. Do you think
it is loose connections or a part that has failed? Do you think the rig
needs a Full Alignment? It is a Ten Tec of course. Why is it so far off
frequency? " He says with a big smile " Is there any kind of spray or
chemical that will cure this problem?*
*                                                                73 es
