Yes, provided that:

- The ORION or ORION II  at least has the A9-board upgrade
- The memory backup battery was replaced within the last 2 yrs
- Owner learns to use AGC and RF gain (never set it at 100)
....perhaps some more....

I fully agree.
An O1, if clean and from a non-smoking shack, is probably the best value 
(bang for the buck) there ever was on the used market.
