[TenTec] What is your software doing when it "initializes radio"?

Firmware is 3.032x7b

I did the resets Carl suggested. This worked ONCE.

Now, I can connect through N4PY software and generally operate the radio but the knobs do nothing.

Also, even though I can “operate” the radio, I get no signals through it any more.
