[TenTec] HELP with broken off screw threads

Those standoffs are know as PEM Fasteners. A .213 hole is punched for the 6-32 series and then a 2-3 ton press is used to press the fastener into the aluminum. 

These are also known a clinch fasteners, but PEM is the granddaddy of the all.
