[TenTec] Omni 6 Metering Problem

I recently noticed the SWR-meter reading on my Omni 6 looked odd, so checked and found it reads 2:1 on a dummy load The meter also reads full scale output when switched to FWD (pwr out) position, even though its in receive mode. I also get full power out with the power knob set about 12 oclock instead of full scale. Would appreciate a lil help if anyone is familiar with my problem.
