[TenTec] Omni D help needed

I had similar problem and found a couple of xtals were missing. Replaced the 
missing xtals and still had problems on 10 meters . I found that reseating 
the xtal w/ some deoxit took care of the problem. I agree if the jumper on 
the back is missing it is probably the problem.
