[TenTec] Omni VI + Voice Synthesizer Board.

Here is what Ten Tec told me years ago: "If there is a diode just to the left of the MC74HC573 chip (third connection on the left edge of the card) place a jumper across it. Depending on the model of the rig, there will be one diode, two diodes or a jumper. The Omni series requires a jumper for proper readout. '

I don't remember having any problem doing this, and I remember that it worked.  Hope this helps.
