[TenTec] OMNI VII with poor audio thru any output

The crackly audio sounds like a faulty capacitor in series coupling to
or from a stage, or a bad solder joint. Reflow or at least magnify each
joint in the audio stages, if some look suspect.
Bad coupling caps if electrolytic, may look swollen on ends or all
around, or may have off center seals, or visible content leakage.
Audio signal trace in the audio stages to confirm where audio is clean
of the crackle before spending time on reflow soldering. The reflow can
be done with a chisel tip hand held iron.
