[TenTec] Ten Tec Support Allocation of Overhead

Hi Jim and all

I know the service department communication is good !
I sent and e-mail over the weekend requesting service on a Omni VII and  
I received my RGA # today !
Thankfully this is only my 3rd service request in over 40 years of 
owning Ten-Tec.
