This design goes all the way back to the PM-1. While some might not think it was very “solid”, it is one of the few dial cord mechanisms that is easy to repair when it breaks.
Anyone who has tried to replace a dial cord in a Zenith Transoceanic (solid state) knows what I mean.
I don’t think that the pulley is very critical. A hardware store or hobby shop should have a supply from which you could select one that is close.
Likely that also have the elastic, as would a sewing center.
Can you send a photo of exactly what broke?
Send it directly tome off list at dukeshifi at comcast.net.

I ran the inductor to full stop and the pulley broke broke off the indicator and cracked the body. Just hoping someone might have one of these available. I'm sure it is a common part used in other earlier TT gear.
