[TenTec] Orion PLL Problem

ED, you do need to do the things that have been previously described to you on the power distribution board and the battery replacement.

If these do not solve your problem, I have a known good synthesizer board so all is not lost.

Hope you got it cheap, but it’s not even close to “brick” status yet.
