[TenTec] Paragon Hedphone Jack

I am finally getting around to working a a paragon I have and I had removed
the non-working headphone jack. Well now I forgot how it was hooked it.
There are 4 wires that I removed from the original.  Two black and Two
white. One of the blacks goes to the microphone connector. Replacement jack
I got has 7 pins of which there are two resistors on it.   Anyone know what
ires go where?
