[TenTec] Jupiter intermittent receive

I tried DeOxit on the connectors and I've resoldered practically all of
the vias on the RF board along with all other connections on both the RF
board and filter board. The Jupiter just doesn't seem like it's as
sensitive as my TR7. I can hear stations on the TR7 and all I hear on
the Jupiter is noise. I'm beginning to wonder if it might be an AGC
problem. Anyone here know what the voltage should be on the AGC pin on
the connector which connects the RF board and DSP board? With no signal
and an S9+20 signal, RF gain 100%, I have .57 volts on the AGC pin.
With the RF gain at 0%, I have 1.57 volts on the AGC pin. From about
30% to 100% RF gain, the voltage stays at .57 volts.
