[TenTec] UPDATE: Status of Alpha RF Systems and TEN-TEC

Thanks Rick for the update on Ten Tec and Alpha new web sites, and 
progress on future build of Eagle transceivers, and what amplifiers 
Alpha is building.

We are all eager for Ten Tec and Alpha to continue their contributions
