The Orion II is supposed to have this. I've tried it once and I didn't find the effect particularly useful. I get the idea, I simply didn't experience the effect.

And the best way to find one is on the Elecraft reflector. You can upgrade a K3 to 90% of a K3S by replacing the synth board. User replaceable, very easy. About $250. Two of these boards if the rig has the 2nd RX. The other thing you want to upgrade is the transverter interface that adds a second RX antenna input and upgrades the preamp. The preamp matters on 6M and 10M.
