[TenTec] Omni VI+ internal speaker

I'll do my best.  Parts Express shipping is 7-13 days.  Being an OT, I was too cheap to pay for expedited shipping.

I have been fiddling with the Omni VI+ recently, and it is still a very good radio, performance, especially ergonomics.  This one is still reading 1.1 kHz. low and I can't figure out why, or how to bring it up to spec.

Any suggestions gratefully received.
