On speaker replacements for internal speakers, you need the dimensions 
and the shape of the original speaker.  The diameter, if a round speaker.

Measure the span of the distance between mounting holes so as to not 
have to modify the radio case.

These 4 ohm speakers should be very common.  Look in the various 
distributor catalogs.  For greater detail, view web pages of speaker 
manufacturers.  You are  looking for universal replacement speakers.
Most you find will be better than the original equipment speaker.
