Send an email to service"at"tentec.com explaining the problem and asking for
an RMA. The email method os the only way right now, and they read those
maybe once a week, but they should get back to you with return information
then. I think the info is on the tentec.com website.

How do I send an OMNI VII to Ten Tec   to be repaired.  Is there a protocol?
