[TenTec] Omni-D relay clicks

Take the bottom off, locate the relay on the control board, pull the cover
off the relay and jam a scrap of cardboard or paper between the contacts so
it can't move. I've used matchbook cardboard. Put the cover back on and
you're done. That relay is for keying an external amplifier.
