[TenTec] Corsair 560 low power output

Re-seating the connectors can work miracles.  Last weekend, the meter in 
my Corsair II quit working on both transmit and receive. So, I bought an 
old one on e-bay.  When I hooked the new one up, it worked.  So, I 
plugged in the old one and it worked, too. Strange...
