[TenTec] Identify Filter

That is from a Ten Tc linear amplifier.

It is installed to inhibit operation on 11/10 meters. 

By showing yourAmateur license to Ten Tec sales, you could purchase an accessory bypass filter board that would allow 10 meter operation.
