some attention to replacing degraded capacitors.  The Anatek Blue ESR meter
is THE instrument of choice to check your capacitors and I'm offering an
almost new one for a bargain price.

 Anatek Blue ESR meter,  factory assembled, with sets of 2mm and 3mm PCS
